Vodacom has lived up to its promise by taking its services directly to the people. The service provider has opened up a new store at The Grove and customers were overjoyed.
MBOMBELA – Vodacom has lived up to its promise by taking its services directly to the people. The service provider has opened up a new store at The Grove and customers were overjoyed.
“The store was initially opened in December, we are now officiating the whole process. This is our way of keeping the service flowing and fresh to our customers. We are indeed taking Vodacom to the people,” said Louisa van Beek, managing executive for Vodacom Mpumalanga.
The day was highlighted by goodie bags and snacks given to the customers who visited the shop.
“I am so glad I won’t have to travel to town or the mall for help on anything Vodacom, the store is right next to where I work. It’s as if they saw that I needed this,” said one of the customers, Nokukhanya Sithole.
