Mpumalanga plans to reduce road accidents during festive
During the Easter holidays road safety campaigns, Shongwe stressed that this year, this province will break a record by reducing accidents, especially carnages.
MBOMBELA – With the festive season quickly closing in, traffic volume is expected to increase in the province.
The Mec of community safety, security and liaison, Mr Vusi Shongwe is expected to launch the road safety before the December holidays start.
The campaigns would play a very significant role in terms of reducing roads accidents. Some of the programs that are expected to continue in full force include traffic officials 24 hours visibility and the Nyamsoro.
During the Easter holidays road safety campaigns, Shongwe stressed that this year, this province will break a record by reducing accidents, especially carnages.
