Families in the Midrand and Fourways areas are invited to join a family fun day at Riversands Incubation Hub on 28 October.
Billed as The Yard Market Day, the day will feature entertainment for youngsters, plenty of food stalls and a wide variety of clothes, arts and crafts.
The event will run from 9am until 2pm and families are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket as well as cricket gear or soccer balls to take advantage of the beautiful facilities.
Small businesses from Riversands as well as many other vendors have booked stalls which will offer a wide variety of food, clothes, jewellery and craft items.
Attractions for the youngsters include two sessions on learning about planting flowers and veggies as well as jumping castles.
Jacques Damhuis from Positive Cycle will conduct a workshop for children and will teach them how to grow flowers and vegetables.
