Midrand mother crowned beauty queen in KZN
MIDRAND – Mother of two returns home from a holiday with a crown.
When Rochelle Morgan went on a festive holiday to Kwazulu-Natal with her family she did not in her wildest dreams think she would return home crowned as Mrs Just Juice Umhlanga.
The 35-year-old mother of two from Halfway Gardens in Midrand did not plan to enter the pageant on holiday and only decided to participate at the last minute for fun.
Morgan said she entered her daughter into the junior pageant and decided to join the senior pageant when she arrived at the venue.
“The competition was free to enter and I was only doing it for fun,” she said. “I never thought I would win. I am delighted with my prizes. They are awesome. It was such a fun day and I am so thankful to Just Juice and the organisers for putting it together. I will definitely be back next year. Umhlanga is such a great place for a holiday and my husband and kids are having the best time.”
Morgan won two nights at the Cabana Hotel for herself and her family and various gifts and vouchers. She has also won a number of other pageants including Mrs Gauteng, Top Model SA and Queen of the Nile.
