Twitter responds to Joburg Water restrictions
JOHANNESBURG - Following the announcement of water restrictions by MMC for Environment and Infrastructure Services Department, Anthony Still, residents on social media have given their responses.
Still said at a media briefing on 5 September that Rand Water will be reducing their supply to Johannesburg Water by 15 percent from 6 September. Still has urged residents to reduce their water usage and comply with the existing Level 2 water restrictions.
Local residents have taken to twitter to express their thoughts on the recent announcement, with many applauding the decision and others requesting clarify from the City of Johannesburg.
