One of South Africa’s leading marketing and customer service gurus, Basil O’Hagan, will showcase his latest presentation, The Butterfly Customer – There’s Gold In Your Backyard, Achieving Neighbourhood Marketing and Customer Service Excellence.
The presentation will form part of the Midrand Forum, which begins at 10am.
The forum provides networking opportunities for all businesses, particularly those in Midrand. With more than three decades of experience, O’Hagan has worked in the corporate sector as an entrepreneur and chief executive officer of a listed company.
Today, he applies that experience in various parts of the retail sector as a marketing consultant, where his specialty is building sales through strategic and neighbourhood marketing.
