Beaulieu College shines bright in the Dance Sport Club League

The college's team gave it their all and emerged as champions of Gauteng province, with some even earning the chance to represent the province at the National Championships in October.

Beaulieu College’s talented dancers recently joined forces with Dance Culture Studios for an incredible season in the Dance Sport Club League.

Hosted by Dance Culture Studios at the college on July 29, the hip-hop competition featured dancers from Acres of Love, So Dope, Urban Jam, Ministry of Dance, and Dance Avenue clubs.

Beaulieu College gave it their all and emerged as champions of Gauteng province, with some even earning the chance to represent the province at the National Championships in October.

Beaulieu College is the champion of the Gauteng Dance Sport Club League.

These leagues are part of the amazing events organised by the Street Dance Association, affiliated with the prestigious Federation of Dance Sport South Africa.

The dancers who excel at the National Championships will have the incredible opportunity to represent South Africa at the World Championships in Blackpool, England in August next year and will be awarded their official Protea National colours.

“Let’s give a big congratulations to all the talented athletes from Beaulieu College who showcased their artistry and made us proud as the 2023 champions. Your dedication and passion truly made a difference,” concluded the school in a statement.
