Rangers 0–5 Indlovu – Shanen hits brace as Indlovu ease out of relegation zone

Indlovu FC breezed past Rangers FC with a clinical attacking display in a Safa Joburg Regional league encounter at Alexandra Safe Hub on February 25.
Booysen Shanen scored twice as the Elephants climbed out of the relegation zone with a thumping 5–0 win. This was Indlovu’s second consecutive win after playing three games without success before their 2–0 win over Wolfs on February 19.
The visitors got off to a dream start with a goal from Shanen in the first half, then four second-half efforts from Sipho Gwaqubana, Gift Mmola, Sello Kgodu, and Sahnen completing his brace.

Rangers only created promising chances in the dying stages of the match. Rangers skipper Njabulo ‘Jomo’ Nkosi tried to get his name on the scoresheet with a solo effort but was blocked by the well-organised Indlovu defence.
Indlovu is 11th on the log with 25 points while Rangers are 14th on 22 points.

Indlovu will host log leaders Opopo FC on March 4 before visiting them at Zoo Lake on March 5 for the second leg of the league.
Rangers will play Diepsloot Arsenal twice on March 4 and 5.
