A difference of three points at Beaulieu Preparatory School’s inter-house athletics

KYALAMI – Learners and parents have a Beaulieu Preparatory School inter-house athletics day.

Unicorn and Pegasus houses did battle when Beaulieu Preparatory School hosted its inter-house athletics on a warm and sunny 21 July.

The Kyalami school’s Unicorn and Pegasus colours are yellow and blue respectively and athletes and their parents turned up in these colours to show their support.

As the youngsters showed their athletic prowess, families and fellow learners cheered on from the stands throughout the Saturday morning.

Spirits were high all around but at the end of the day, there had to be a winner and Unicorn eventually came out merely three points ahead with a score of 333.

Pegasus finished the day on 330 points, showing they were not far off.

The De Beer Victrix Ludorum was won by Skyra Heylen and the Stais Victor Ludorum was won by Francois Marais.

The House Spirit trophy was won by Pegasus and the Parent Spirit cup was won by the Unicorn parents.
