Midrand dance team to host American choreographer and dancer Anze Skrube
MIDRAND - Anze Skrube, an American choreographer and dancer, will visit the country to experience South African dance styles.
A Midrand-based dance instructor, Corlanie Botha said Skrube would be hosted by Midrand dance company, Power of Dance.
Botha said, “He will be hosting a six-hour workshop on 21 March at St Peter’s College in Sunninghill and will spend time with a dance team from Midrand, Pulse Injected, who met him when they danced at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles on their month-long scholarship in December.”
Botha said Skrube, who has worked with singer Chris Brown and other well-known celebrities, will also attend private workshops at various dance schools in Gauteng.
