The Blue Heart Project, fueled by the unwavering support of the school community, proved to be a remarkable triumph.

Through their dedication and commitment, the project managed to collect a total of 336 food hampers, each brimming with essential supplies and nourishment. This accomplishment served as a testament to the power of unity and compassion when working towards a common goal.

The Blue Heart Project at Curro Midrand Halfway Gardens Primary School and San Ridge Preschool embarked on a mission to raise food hampers for Little Eden, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing lifelong care to 300 individuals with profound intellectual disabilities.

The combined efforts of the school community, the Blue Heart Project have already made a significant difference in the lives of those in need. The impact of their kindness and support will be felt by the residents at Little Eden for days to come. “We are grateful for the outpouring of support from Curro and everyone who contributed. Let us continue to foster a generation that believes in the power of kindness and compassion,” said Kayla Schoeman.
