Reddam House Waterfall learners make the school proud at the Épelle-moi competition

After a nail-biting final round, Aria Singh was chosen as one of the six finalists who will compete.

Reddam House Waterfall is proud of its two learners for their outstanding performance in the Épelle-moi competition — the French spelling bee.

Reya Govender in Grade 9 and Aria Singh in Grade 10 made it to the semi-finals of the competition at the German School — Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg on March 2.

Twelve semi-finalists from various schools took part in this challenging and exciting event.

After a nail-biting final round, Aria was chosen as one of the six finalists who will compete with learners from South Africa, Lesotho, and Malawi on March 11.

The spelling bee final will take place during the Francophonie festival at Waterkloof School in Pretoria.
