DJ TheBoyNelo continues to reign as The IIEs Varsity College Campus DJ champ
The IIE’s Varsity College Waterfall hosts a fantastic Battle of the DJs that highlights the exceptional talents of the students.

Sibonelo-Sibusiso Lukhele, also known as DJ TheBoyNelo, emerged as the unbeatable campus DJ again, after more than 200 students gathered to witness the annual Battle of the DJs competition at The IIE’s Varsity College Waterfall.

This year’s competition was intense, with Katlego Phosa, aka DJ Detoxic 015, Jared Imrie, aka DJ ChrisWhiteBoy, and Lufuno Mavhungu, aka DJ Bossman, all putting up a good fight alongside TheBoyNelo for the Campus DJ title.
However, TheBoyNelo proved to be the ultimate champion for the second year in a row.
When asked about his experience, TheBoyNelo said, “I always enjoy every moment when I am behind the decks because I genuinely respect and love the craft of music. Winning the Battle of the DJs competition for the second year in a row is a sign of progress and I am super proud to be the campus DJ again.”

Apart from showcasing the musical talents of student DJs, the Battle of the DJs competition also provided an incredible platform for students to express their love for music and showcase their skills.
The event was made even more memorable with the support of Red Bull, whose refreshing energy drinks kept the students energizsd throughout the event.

The crowd was also wowed by the guest DJ, DJ Switch, and a group of talented breakdancers who added an extra flair to the atmosphere by challenging some of the students to showcase their moves.
Overall, it was a fantastic event that highlighted the exceptional talents of the students at The IIE’s Varsity College Waterfall.
