The IIE’s Varsity College Waterfall Open Day a success

The day highlighted the diverse academic offerings and what campus life is all about.

More than 100 prospective students and their families had the chance to explore the IIE’s Varsity College Waterfall campus facilities. The well-equipped library, technologically advanced classrooms, and comfortable study spaces were all open to viewing.

First-year student, Neo-Portia Ramaila said she felt welcome from the get-go.

“The very patient VC Voice student committee gave me a thorough campus tour and answered all my questions.

I also enjoyed finding out what the campus has to offer on the sports and social side and I am super excited to start my tertiary journey in legal studies here.”

The day highlighted the diverse academic offerings and what campus life is all about, which allowed attendees to make informed decisions about their tertiary journey.

This was achieved through presentations done by the campus school of IT, management, education, law, humanities, and social sciences.

The student experience team which consists of the campus committees from the social, sports, VC Cares, and career centre – helped attendees understand the curriculum requirements and also the various extracurricular offerings the college has – through fun and engaging activities.
