The Midrand Reporter wishes Inspector Theo Mokgatle (Midrand SPCA) good luck as he starts a two-week Inspectors Refresher Training Course.
Every five years SPCA inspectors are required to attend this course at NSPCA. This is mainly to keep up to date on any changes to legislation, an opportunity for Inspectors to discuss problem areas, learn from their peers and discuss improvements in areas of animal welfare.
The inspectors are then also required to write exams at the end of the two weeks.
