Carlswald House Preparatory School learners celebrate Valentine’s Day

It was a beautiful day of love, friendship, kindness, and respect.

In the same way that seeds grow into plants with enough water and sunlight, we can grow positive emotions in our learners by nurturing their love, kindness, and friendship.

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Carlswald House Preparatory School learners entered the school on February 14 to the musical delights of Connie Friedmann and her groups to start the day off right. The musical theme was Love.

Amongst many exciting activities, the school junior prep children decorated pots and planted seeds as a reminder that love can grow, helping them to build self-awareness and mindfulness.

Karabo Dube, Moeledi Dikgale, and Letago Rakgotho felt the love as they entered the school premises.

The senior prep learners used technology to look for hearts in nature and create beautiful projects to present in class.
