Midrand SPCA thanks Godfrey Tefu for his devoted service to animals

Tefu lends a helping hand wherever help is needed and has been on many rescues in his time in the SPCA society.

Meet Midrand SPCA’s Godfrey Tefu who is a longstanding staff member of the organisation.

Tefu has served the animals of Midrand for many years as a kennel assistant and has been responsible for cleaning kennels, and watering, feeding and providing bedding for the animals.

Over the past few years, he has also taken on the mammoth task of attending to the garden at the SPCA and with all the rain experienced lately, he is cutting grass on an almost daily basis.

Tefu lends a helping hand wherever help is needed and has been on many rescues in his time at the society.
He also works the night shift for two weeks a month. This means that when the SPCA is closed during operating hours, he is responsible for any after-hour intakes and ensures that all the animals are cared for.

The SPCA thanks Tefu for his many years of dedication and care for the animals and the organisation.
