The second instalment of the 2022 Montrose Night Challenge faced one uncontrollable issue in the form of heavy rain, however, this did not stop the players from showing their talents.

After having to reschedule due to weather conditions, on November 10 the U11s of various schools battled it out on both the pitches and courts.

The netball players of Montrose Primary School went up against Reddam House Waterfall.

From the start, Montrose displayed dominance throughout the match and inevitably started scoring.

Both home and away supporters were on the edge of their seats in the second half as Reddam responded with a new game strategy that enabled them to score but at the final whistle, Montrose Primary School won 10–2.

In cricket, Rivonia Primary School U11 team was up against Crawford International Lonehill.

Rivonia celebrated in high spirits after reaching Crawford’s target (61 runs all out in 15 overs) in just 6.2 overs.
