Preschoolers get ready to rock Grade R

The school believes that children in Grade R are full of curiosity and creativity and have the ability to construct their own knowledge.

Curro Midrand Independent School gave preschoolers about to start Grade R at the school a tour of its Grade R centre on June 11, so they could get a feel for what it would be like to be in a big school.

Kayla Wolmarans, the school marketing manager said Grade R was the foundation of learning and once a child reached that level, they officially became learners in the language of schooling.

Wolmarans added Curro Midrand Halfway Gardens Grade R centre was a safe, exciting, and secure environment for children to grow and learn.
