Rusten jets off to Argentina

The South African men's hockey will play a series of matches against Argentina at the FIH Pro League's second round.

Beaulieu Hockey Academy player Rusten Abrahams will represent South Africa in the second round of the FIH (International Hockey Federation) Pro League against Argentina in two fixtures in Buenos Aires.

It is the first time that South Africa will feature in the Pro League due to due Australia and New Zealand withdrawing from the league. The first round of the league took place in Potchefstroom with France, Netherlands, India and Germany participating.

Abrahams is also an Olympian after played for South Africa in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

South Africa will play against the home side on April 23 and 24.
