Noordwyk dance star hopes to become an international sensation

NOORDWYK – This Noordwyk artist aims to leave a mark and something for people to remember.

Hope Ramafalo has been honing her talents as an artist, actress, dancer, choreographer and performing emcee for many years and has never failed to succeed.

Ramafalo is no stranger to our television screens, she starred in the dance film Masuper as the lead actress. She was a dance stunt double for one of the lead actresses on the Netflix series Jiva.

She won the Best Amapiano Street Dance award at the first South African Amapiano awards last year.

Noordwyk-based 24-year-old dancer, who was born in Pretoria West, said she has loved music and dance since she was a toddler. “Music and dance have always been my passion and something I did every day without fail. I started posting and sharing my passion on social media, creating my own choreography and teaching people through my YouTube channel which grew rapidly from that,” Ramafalo explained.

As an artist and dancer, her ambition is to expand her influence not only in South Africa but all over the world. Support and encouragement from her family, friends, and followers keep her motivated.

“Leaving a mark and something for people to remember has always been a big motivation for me. I’ve always wanted to be someone in this world through doing what I am passionate about.”

Ramafalo garnered over 200 000 followers on Instagram, which allowed her to work with many big brands including Vodacom, Sportscene x Adidas, and KFC, among others.
