Nadine Mack, principal of Jubilate Primary School, shared some of her school’s hopes and wishes for the new year.
She hopes to carry on from where they have left off with accomplishments and hopefully Covid-19 will not have a major play in it.
Mack said that with their school based on tradition, one of her wishes on behalf of the school was to see learners get involved in more sport and cultural activities that open them up to the wider community.
She added, “Let’s hope the New Year brings good things. Stay safe, look after yourselves, look after your children and look after your well-being.
“I think with the stress and what is going on, looking after oneself and one’s family is the most important thing – take care of your families.”
