Jubilate Primary School shares their highlights for 2021

CROWTHORNE – School principal Nadine Mack said they were happy to host their colour walk and prize-giving events this year.

Jubilate Primary School’s shared some of their highlights of this year and well wishes for Christmas.

The school’s principal, Nadine Mack, said that they started the year off with Covid-19 and were off school. She said that later in the year they had another Covid-19 hike and then no school again.
“We are very fortunate – we go online and use the google classroom platform. We lost a single day of teaching, our children have worked hard.

“A big highlight was our big walk – the Jubilate Primary School Colour Walk, which again was at a time we could do things. We also managed to do a social-distancing picnic that went very well.

“Another highlight was our prize-giving event which had to be handled very differently. Instead of having the whole school, we hosted one or two Grades at a time.”

Mack said that she was happy that parents could be present and celebrate with the children.

She thanks their learners’ parents, children, and the community for their support because the school is what it is due to their support.

“To our outgoing Grade 7s, we wish you all the best in high school. Everyone now deserves a good rest, good holiday, on behalf of Jubilate we wish you all a wonderful Christmas and New Year and we are looking forward to seeing you back again in January.”
