MIDRAND – Residents shared their thoughts about water supply satisfaction compared to the bills they received.

Water infrastructure maintenance by the municipality is bad. The rates are okay but electricity is far too high and we have no say about it.

The Midrand Reporter reached out to community members to find out if they were satisfied with their water bills, when considering the level of water supply they have. This is what they had to say…

I have not had any issues with water. I think it has only gone once in six months. I do, however, have other things to complain about like electricity.
There is no reliability. In my house I have a backup water tank and a generator which costs me extra and still water and electricity prices go up.
Lately I am not satisfied because of the water issues on our side of the area.
