Reddford House Blue Hills held their annual Inter-Reddford Cognitive Carousal on 29 April at the school.
The school hosted its sister schools, Reddford House The Hills from Pretoria and Reddford House Northcliff on the day. The learners from grades 4 to 11 had an opportunity to put their cognitive skills into action during the drone and coding challenge, spelling bee, chess matches and general knowledge challenges.
Tracy-Lee Kurten, junior preparatory coordinator and teacher at Reddford House Blue Hills College said all the learners who participated had an amazing time competing in all the various challenges and being able to put their hours of training and practicing into action.
“Reddford House Blue Hills was victorious in the spelling bee and coding, drone and robotics challenge and it was amazing to see our students compete and show such teamwork, perseverance and passion. Well done to all who competed,” concluded Kurten.
