ICYMI: Two suspects arrested for alleged housebreaking in Vorna Valley
VORNA VALLEY – Sergeant Matome Tlamela said that no one was injured in the incident.
Two suspects are wanted by the Midrand police for alleged housebreaking and theft in Vorna Valley on 19 June.
According to the Midrand Police Station spokesperson, Sergeant Matome Tlamela, the complainant alleged that she was inside her house when she saw a white Hyundai parking outside her gate at about 11.30am.
“Suddenly two unknown males came in the yard,” said Tlamela. “The victim quickly told her two children to lock themselves in their bedroom.”The suspects broke into the house and took an LG television and an Asus laptop, thereafter breaking four doors.
“Fortunately, no one was injured and Tlamela added that police were busy with an investigation as the perpetrators were at large.
