For five years in a row, Nizamiye School has been able to maintain and celebrate its 100 per cent pass rate.
Nizamiye School based in Midrand received its results on 8 January. Deputy principal for the school, Ramzi Hasanli, said that the learners did the school proud by repeating the 100 per cent pass rate for five consecutive years.
“The results have allowed us to be recognized among the top 100 schools in the country and top 30 in the Gauteng province. The majority of learners have already received provisional acceptance to further their studies at the countries’ most prestigious tertiary institutions,” he added.
Hasanli concluded, “We as Nizamiye wish them all the best in their future endeavours.”
Furthermore, Nizamiye, with a class of 15 learners, achieved a total of 22 distinctions and 87 per cent bachelors plus 13 per cent diplomas. The following learners came out as the school’s top three.
- Khalid Elmi achieved four A’s in physical sciences, maths, religion studies, and life sciences.
- Muhammed Fuzail Khan three A’s in life sciences, life orientation, and religion studies.
- Muhammed Hussain Ismail three A’s in history, religion studies, and life orientation.
