Netcare Waterfall City welcome two bundles of joy on Christmas

MIDRAND – Extra special gifts were delivered on Christmas Day.

Two babies, one boy and one girl were delivered at the Netcare Waterfall City Hospital.

Unit manager of the paediatric ward at the hospital Bernadette Simpson said that both babies are doing well and are in good health.

She added that everyone at the maternity ward is extremely excited about the newborns.

Simpson said that the girl was delivered at 8.15am and weighed in at 3.65kg.

The boy, named Anathi Msomi, was delivered at 1.15am weighing in at 3.66kg.

Newborn Anathi Msomi was delivered at 1.15am on Christmas Day, weighing 3.66kg.

Mother of Anathi and centurion resident, Sphindile Msomi, said that her and her husband Ayanda are extremely excited to welcome their second child and first son. She added, “I’m so happy. I didn’t expect him to come just, but here he is and we are so delighted. ”
