Rabie Ridge clinic closed due to protest action

The clinic in Rabie Ridge has closed due to ongoing protest action.

Residents are protesting against land grabbers on Modderfontein Road.

The City of Johannesburg’s Health and Social Development Department advised patients to visit nearby Thuthukani, Mayibuye and Bophelong clinics.

The angry protesters barricaded the roads with burning tyres and rocks. Among other things they are protesting about are the lack of development in the area and proper housing, and crime.
