Midrand SPCA successfully catches worrisome dog

MIDRAND – SPCA staff finally caught the dog that was running around the train station.

The SPCA has expressed happiness after its members successfully caught a dog that was running around the Midrand Gautrain station.

Midrand SPCA received a call from  Gautrain staff members who were concerned about the dog and its pups that were roaming around the station.

“We managed to catch the pups but mom was set on giving us a hard time,” said Midrand SPCA in the statement.

“For three weeks we have been going back and forth, feeding her and trying to catch her but she kept on evading us. This week, Inspector Claudia Brasler finally managed to catch her and bring her safely back to the SPCA!”

Midrand SPCA thanked the Gautrain staff for continuously updating them whenever the dog was around the station and also to ensure that their trap was kept safe at all times.
