Midrand police arrest suspect with licensing office documents

NOORDWYK – The Midrand Police arrested a suspect in possession of licensing documents from Carletonville.

 


The Midrand police arrested a suspect in Noordwyk in possession of stolen licensing office documents on 4 February.

Spokesperson for the Midrand Police Station Sergeant Matome Tlamela said that investigating officers were tracing suspects involved in a business robbery at a licensing office in Carletonville, western Gauteng.

They traced the suspect to a house in Silver Tree Street in Noordwyk. The police searched the house and found three sealed batches of documents belonging to the licensing office. The suspect was arrested for possession of stolen items.

The suspect is in police custody and will appear in court soon.
