SPCA needs a bakkie

MIDRAND – The Midrand SPCA are calling on the local community to rent out a bakkie for two days while their vehicles are being serviced.

The Midrand SPCA is calling on the community for assistance following the breakdown of their bakkie.

In a Facebook post published on 21 December, the organisation requested for anyone willing to rent out their bakkie for two days to assist in operations.

The organisation’s vehicle, unfortunately, broke down in December and has gone for repairs. The other bakkie that they use is going in for a much-needed service and they are without an emergency call vehicle for the time being.

The SPCA is asking for any assistance over a two-day period while their vehicles are being serviced.

Residents who are willing to help can contact them by calling 011 265 9935.
