ALEXANDRA – Gun threat on cleaner puts manager in trouble

 


A construction company manager who allegedly pointed a gun at a co-worker will on 23 January, make representation to the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court.

He allegedly pointed the gun at a cleaner on 31 October last year at the company’s Midrand base.

It’s said he told the victim that he was useless and a failure in his job as the place was dirty.

When the victim told him there were no tools to do the work, the accused is said to have pointed the gun at him and told him that he could sort him out. Also, that he (victim) could do nothing about it. The accused was reported to the police and he was arrested on 15 November.

The gun which is licensed to him was taken and he was granted bail. His first court appearance was on 9 January.
