Groom retires after 37 years with Lipizzaners
KYALAMI – Head groom Story Banda has retired after 37 years working with the South African Lipizzaners.
The South African Lipizzaners had to say farewell recently when Story Banda retired in October. Banda had served as a head groom for the organisation for 37 years.
“Everyone will tell you what a specal soul he is and how dedicated he has been to the Lipizzaners for all these years,” said Irene Polchet.
“He will be sorely missed by all who are involved in the SA Lipizzaners.”
