PICS: Sagewood school encouraging children to wash their hands

MIDRAND – Midrand's Sagewood School holds an in-class germ demonstration to encourage children to wash their hands.

Sagweood's Hayley-Jade Cowan and Boitumelo Moremie demonstrate how germs are spread in a fun and engaging way that will hopefully help the class to remember to practise healthy hand hygiene. Glitter represents the germs but children are told that actual germs are invisible.

Youngsters in Sagewood School’s blue class demonstrated how germs are spread in a fun and engaging way that will hopefully help the class to remember to practise healthy hand hygiene. The demonstration was led by the teacher Michelle Hackman.
