Tumelo Home benefits from Region A Library and Information Services

MIDRAND – Region A Library and Information benefit from donations, but also do their part for Mandela Day.

The Region A Library and Information Services identified Tumelo Home in Ivory Park to benefit from their Nelson Mandela Day efforts.

The team helped maintain their gardens, served food, washed dishes and cleaned floors at the home on 17 July. Gift of the Givers also extended a hand to assist with food parcels for the home.

The Region A Library and Information Services also benefited from the support of New Partnership for Africa’s Development (Nepad) staff who gathered at Halfway House Library in Midrand to commemorate Nelson Mandela Day by donating books to the library.
