Blue Hills College in Midrand scored a 99,9 per cent pass rate for the 2017 matric class.
The top three students were Boipelo Molefe in first place with six distinctions: English, isiZulu, life orientation, business studies, religious studies and accounting.
In second place was Gabriella Ndhlovu with five distinctions: isiZulu, mathematics, life orientation, religious studies and life science.
In third place was Patrick Mandebvu with four distinctions: Life orientation, physical science, geography and religious studies.
