Christmas is definitely on its way, but before the festivities begin, there’s still time for you to make a difference to a child’s life.
The Fourways Crossing Shopping Centre, in partnership with Fourways Review, is running a toy donation drive on-site to bring cheer to needy children this Christmas.
You are invited to drop off your donation of a new soft toy or teddy bear in the giant wire bear donation point in the Ackerman’s court section of the centre until 17 December, after which the bears will be gifted to children in need in honour of the holiday season.
“As we look forward to the festive season and spending time with our families, it’s important to remember that there are many people who won’t have the same joy this Christmas,” said Larissa Pillay, marketing manager for the centre.
“We want to make a difference in our community.”
So open your hearts this Christmas and give an underprivileged child a cuddly friend.
