Angus Buchan books 20 minutes in parliament to pray for SA

JOBURG – His 20-minute time slot at the parliament buildings is to pray for the future of South Africa.

A South African evangelist and author of Faith Like Potatoes has announced that he will address Members of Parliament on 24 November.

Angus Buchan’s 20-minute time slot in the parliament buildings is to pray for the future of South Africa. He said on his Facebook page that although the event is by invitation only, South Africans should pray with him from 1.30pm until 4pm, wherever they are.

Buchan said the prayer is for ‘Lord Jesus Christ to intervene on behalf of our Nation’.

In April this year, Buchan attracted hundreds of thousands of people to a mass prayer in Bloemfontein, again for the future of the nation. The It’s Time gathering brought people from all over the country to pray for the state of the nation.
