Ward 80 councillor Makgoba Pagadi wants all residents in Randpark Ridge to hold their elected ward committee accountable for each of their responsibilities.
Pagadi said this will assist in establishing a transparent leadership that is focused on meeting the needs of the community at all times.

The ward committee must meet the following responsibilities:
- Must be the ears and eyes of the councillor on community issues
- Come up with service delivery solutions
- Be aware of all events or funerals in the community
- Liaise with the City of Johannesburg on their individual portfolios
- Attend and submit reports on community meetings.
