BREAKING: 19 children injured in alleged stampede at Ivory Park school
IVORY PARK – No serious or fatal injuries were reported.
It has been reported that 19 children were injured this afternoon after an alleged stampede at a primary school in Ivory Park, according to Arrive Alive.
ER24 paramedics arrived to find provincial emergency services already attending to the scene.
Paramedics were lead into the school and discovered that 19 children had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. No serious or fatal injuries were reported.
The patients were treated and transported to various hospitals in the area for further treatment.
The details surrounding the incident are unknown but local authorities were on the scene to investigate.
