In line with a commitment to develop university students academically and holistically, IIE Varsity College Waterfall campus held a Dressed for Success competition on 10 May.
The aim was to inspire and teach those who attend the university how to dress professionally for the workplace. “It was a successful event, fun, and at the same time, very inspiring to see students walk the red carpet with such confidence,” said career centre coordinator Reona Rugbar.
“They definitely dressed for success and I believe it motivated them to come out of their shells and take on the challenges given to them.”
In the male category, Moeketsi Mahlare emerged as the winner and Maurice Maseko was runner-up. Natasha Senzanje won the female category and Angelique du Plessis was the runner-up.
