Youth interested in rugby are invited to a Midrand Rugby Development training and conditioning clinic at Midrand High School

MIDRAND – A rugby clinic will take place on Midrand High School's rugby field each day from 9.30am to 12 noon, and everyone is invited.

 

Midrand High School in conjunction with Midrand Rugby Development invites all interested rugby players and schools to its holiday training and conditioning clinic from 4 to 6 April.

The clinic will take place on the school’s rugby field each day from 9.30am to 12 noon. The aim of the clinic is to form a junior Midrand rugby team.

“This serves as an invitation to all interested parties, schools or individuals who like to play rugby and be part of a team,” said sports administrator for the school, Kwazi Shangase.

“All our games and training sessions are facilitated with great care and precaution.”

Meanwhile, the school’s rugby teams are set to begin training for their second term fixtures. “All our games are played on Saturdays and we would love to see as many boys as possible training, supporting and playing rugby in our community,” added Shangase.
