Glen Acres Park Estate progress

The shareholders of Glen Acres 16 (Pty) Ltd are pleased to announce the signing of the main construction contract with Group Five Housing (Pty) Ltd for the construction of Glen Acres Park Estate.

“The new Glen Acres development is the first development of its type in the rolling green surroundings of Glen Austin and offers a friendly open lifestyle, within 3km of the Midrand Gautrain station, 5km from the Midrand CBD and 10km from the Mall of Africa,” said Skeen.

He further revealed that access to the N1 national road was easily accessed via the Olifantsfontein or New roads resulting in the development enjoying excellent transport connections.The estate is ideal for first-time buyers, young professionals and families looking for a secure option with plenty of green space.

Phase 1, with all one and three-bed units have already been sold out. Only two-bed units remain available priced from R845 000.
