Body Beautiful Gym in Midway Mews will embark on a wellness campaign on 3 February.
The gym’s general manager, Irvin Moeketsi, said they would engage in talks with members of the community to educate them about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

“We will be having talks with members of our community as well as members of the gym on nutrition, diet and training. This will help people to understand why they should or shouldn’t use supplements, why healthy eating is important and why people should exercise,” said Moeketsi.
On the day of the campaign, the gym will also give away a R30 000 cash prize for their 12-week challenge, which began in October and ended in December last year.
“The purpose was to have the biggest body transformation among members of the community and our gym. The response we received to this challenge was overwhelming considering that the challenge was not easy. The competition was, however, exciting and now it’s time to reward the hard work.”
