Deputy principal, Dirk van Niekerk said, “Glen Austin High School is a unique school that offers many traditions that one associates with a centre of excellence, yet it is progressive in its vision for and realisation of a happy and disciplined environment, where our learners are encouraged to give their very best, primarily in academics and then supported by their involvement in the many sport and cultural activities we offer.”

Head boy, Mark Ndlovu, said, “We won’t just pass matric, we’ll pass with distinction and pride.”

Head girl, Avuyile Gxyoyia, said the past four years have been a preparation for this year and now was the time to make everyone proud.

The matrics affirmed their motto for this year: Nothing is impossible, as long as you believe you can, you will.
