Tembisa Provincial Tertiary Hospital has asked the Midrand and Tembisa communities to assist them in finding family members of patients who have passed while in the hospital’s care.
The hospital’s communication manager, Nothando Mdluli said the patients were admitted to the hospital and have since passed away.
- Faith Ndlovu was admitted on 23 September and died on 27 September.
- Moses Ncube was admitted on 25 September and died the same day.
- Albert Gumede was admitted on 13 September and died on 19 September.
- Lucky Mathandela Nxele was admitted on 13 September and died on 19 September.
- Dan Moyeni was admitted on 8 September and died the same day.
- Natasha Matrose was admitted on 3 August and died on 15 August.
“We also have two patients looking for their families and we request your assistance in this regard,” said Mdluli.
