Cuppa for Cansa

Midrand resident and Mrs South Africa finalist Shadi Chauke will compete in the grand finale in two months time where Mrs South Africa 2017 will be crowned.

As a finalist, one of her tasks was to host a fundraising event for the Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa).

Chauke said she was proud to be associated with an organisation that is making an impact that matters in so many people’s lives.

The Cuppa for Cansa was in the form of a pop-up market held at Deloitte & Touche in Woodmead. In honour of Women’s Month and in support of women empowerment, she invited retailers and all female entrepreneurs to participate in the market to raise funds for Cansa while promoting their businesses.
