The long-awaited Municipal Elections have arrived
MIDRAND - The day all political parties have been waiting for has arrived.
Long queues dominated Midrand, marking the dawn of Local Municipal Elections.
With the ANC, DA and EFF making their presence felt at Ward 112 voting stations with a display of banners and placards. Voters were determined to exercise their legal rights and vote for the party of their choice in the hopes of improving education, service delivery, employment and minimising crime, corruption and drug use among the youth.
With all parties gunning for power, the announcement of the successful incumbent will be gloom and doom for the defeated.
