The group has an affidavit which residents can sign at two venues. The first is on 1 March from 6pm in the Midlands main boardroom in Midstream; alternatively, one can sign the affidavit on 2 March from 3pm just up from George Road on the side of the pan at number 15 or Plot 39, Van Riebeek Road, Glen Austin Ext1 where the Commissioner of Oaths will also sign it.

The group needs as many affidavits as possible to be signed so that they can submit them to the Department of Environmental Affairs which is investigating the cause of the reported stench in the area. Interested parties can fill in the details at home and have it signed by the Commissioner of Oaths at these two venues.
